Focus on sourcing the best naturally farmed Cambodian cashews available. The uniform ebony color and large size are a staple of our quality nuts. After a slow sun drying process, we free the cashew kernels from their shell and let them steam gently, so that the pure Cambodian cashew flavor can evolve, which has sweet notes and undertones of vanilla.
Current status: This project is on-going as nearly 10,000 tons of raw material is being purchased and stocked up in our warehouses which is ready for processing at Sihanoukville Processing factory in the next few months. We aim at producing up to 10-12 tons of finished product daily, expecting to start processing in June 2020
